“I absolutley recommend Xpertech for all your auto needs. The owner, Kevin, is the most car knowlegable person ever and the staff is quite knowlegable too, especially Ben. It is a "happy" place and everyone that works there seems happy, too. This is important as people that are happy with where they work generally do a better job, in my opinion.”
“I am new to Asheville and didn’t have a tire/auto repair shop. Well I do now! I drove into Jan’s this morning around 11:00 instead of Fir&st*ne and glad I did ! I had a nail in my tire and they were kind enough to get me in immediately while I was there and made the repairs. As it was, I am in need of new tires. So Rich quoted 4 sets of tires and even took me back to look at each and explained the tire tread on each set !!
Satisfied customer.
Thanks guys !!!”

“I thought I knew a thing or two about AMSOIL products until I met Marty. He’s truly one of the most knowledgeable and passionate people I’ve come across. He’s been running this shop for 18 years, and it shows. His depth of knowledge on everything AMSOIL is incredible, and it’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares this much about quality and craftsmanship.
I came in just glad to find a local AMSOIL dealer and left with so much more. Marty has amazing stories about AMSOIL and racing history, including tales of Albert Amatuzio, the creator of synthetic motor oil. He’s even got real pieces of history on display in his shop, worth stopping by just to see them and hear his stories!
He’s gained a customer for life. They truly don’t make them like Marty anymore. Could not recommend this place enough!”
“Great service! They were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. I got my state inspection done, as well as my oil changed. Appreciate the help and highly recommend! Will be returning for any future oil changes/inspections! :)”
“Prompt service, accurate quotes on price and time. The technician went over the inspection in detail and took the time to explain all concerns. Very professional.”
“Ive been visiting take 5 on patton avenue for about 3 years now and it is the only oil place I will go to. They always have water and get me in and out quickly without upselling items that aren't a necessity!”
“Don't take your Jeep anywhere else. Brought my TJ in for some work and they communicated clearly throughout the process and got the work done fast. Great shop, good people.”
“After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.”
“This place is awesome. You go in and get out quickly, and they even told me I DIDN'T need something done. So saved me some money.
They also have very reasonable prices for what I've had done: oil changes and inspections.”

“Support these wonderful guys! Not only are they honest and reliable mechanics but they went above & beyond today by getting my brakes replaced so quick and affordable; but also for being so kind by offering to shuttle me home & back. By the way, their family business (of 60 years)was almost all but lost to the flooding from Helene last year, in their downtime they helped rebuild homes in our community. Now they're trying to rebuild their business with little help from outside-- please take your vehicle to them and/or look up their Go Fund Me and make a donation for the rebuild! Thank you again Angel & Luis! ??”

“Went in for oil change and tire rotation but was then told they couldn't do the tire rotation...no explanations given. Other than that they are very fast and nice folks.”
“I was very satisfied with Valvoline! Their employees are always so nice and thoughtful. Lucas (the manager) greeted me very politely when I arrived and I already knew I was going to have a great experience. The person who helped me pay was such a kind gentleman. I always come here for any car maintenance and they do excellent work. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“Fourth time coming to this shop. They’ve handled my Tundra, CRV, and Forester. Fair prices, speedy turnaround, quality work.
Don’t be dismayed if they are full of current clients. The team will always call back to work you in. Cody is really polite and the other mechanics are excellent.”
