“The owner is WONDERFUL! He remembered me from last year bringing my car in for the state inspection. Was very nice and got started earlier than my appointment time, which was so kind since he didnt have to. I've never had a problem with him and always felt like he was being honest and fair which is rare for mechanics and during this climate of inflation. I've never used the shop for anything other than the state inspection, but I honestly won't go anywhere else for the inspection as I feel like he knows what he's doing. He also warned me about what the inspection should cost so if I did go elsewhere, I'd know I was being ripped off. I also was in and out in probably 10 or 15 minutes!”

“I’m maybe a year late in reviewing, however these guys went above and beyond! They drove past my place as I was fending off a bear breaking into my garage (I was not a customer). They stopped, got out, fended off the bear for me, offered to fix the window the bear broke, and when my rental company refused to care or come out to fix it, they fixed it for me free of charge. They were my saviors. They did not have to stop or care, but they did. There are still good people out there, and these guys are them! Thanks y’all!”

“We ordered a new X3 BMW from BMW of Asheville. Steve was our salesman and was such a great person to help us. The selection Went easy, the delivery took a lot of patience due to custom color and manufacturing time and the delivery was an amazing experience complete with a huge red bow on top. The showroom is large and beautiful. There is a cafe inside serving breakfast and lunch to their customers shopping for a car or waiting on car to be serviced. The chef is great and prepares your selections with a big smile and a story. Everyone from the time we walked on the lot until driving the car away was professional, helpful and friendly.”

Neal of Sunshine's Service Department, was a skillful listener, who answered my questions and communicated clearly about what to expect, then what work was completed. During my wait, I witnessed another customer's exchanges with the sales staff as well. Everyone was courteous and seemed straightforward. “My wife and I were delivering Meals on Wheels when my vehicle locked in park and blocked the road. Our insurance roadside assistance said it would be 90 to 120 minutes wait for a tow. We called Skyland Exxon and they had a tow truck there in 20 minutes. Everyone was extremely helpful and fixed our vehicle fast and at more than a reasonable price. “Do unto others” is always a good business plan.”

“Good service, but if you have a credit card for 1000 or 4000. They will max it out right quick for you. At 30% interest. Labor cost is way to high. It's like Goodyear ,they are going to get you one way or another. They may knock off 50.00 but then add it right back inon labor.”
