“I can't say enough good things about Dynamic Auto Works. My car overheated unexpectedly, and a kind stranger at a nearby gas station pointed me their way, just around the corner. From the moment I pulled up, the team jumped right in to troubleshoot and identified the problem almost immediately.
At first I was told they could fit me in within a couple of weeks, which I completely understood. But then the owner arrived, took a look himself, and said he could fix it that very day if the part was available from the dealership. He went and picked it up personally. That kind of hustle and care is rare.
Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. The owner especially struck me as honest and earnest, exactly the qualities you hope for but rarely find in auto repair. “These guys are heroes! The day before i was leaving for out of state road trip I discovered a gash in one of my tires. I went to Arden Mr Tire and explained my situation. They evaluated the tire, unrepairable, and ordered a new tire to be delivered the next morning. When it came in they called me, i got there in 10 mins, and they took care of me right away! I did not have an appointment but they welcomed me into their shop ASAP when I was in a bind! I did not have any other transportation to rely on and had several important business meetings the next day. They were knowledgeable, experienced, kind and very friendly. I highly recommend them! “Easiest rte is I-40, I-26E, X37. TR at eor. Keep going straight and when you get to Brevard rd, keep going straight and it turns into Vista. It is at end of the road straight in. OR
191 Brevard rd (I think it is exit 33). Turn left at light. You will go a few miles and turn right on Vista (turn wide) and it’s down at the end. Overnight parking for morning deliveries at other side of parking lot. Park along the grass and not blocking dumpsters. I was told to watch out at night for wildlife if getting out of truck. Bears were mentioned so be careful.”
“Looking for an honest car repair shop? Look no further! Go here! I had a minor emergency due to a loose plate dragging on the ground. Although it was late and near closing time, they looked at my car and gave me a quick fix, at no charge, so I could at least get it home. I brought it back again the next day and they fixed the problem at very small price.
I recently brought my car in again for an air conditioning issue and they were, once again, honest about their diagnosis and cost for repairs and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.”

“I wanted to take the time to write a review about the service manager at this location, Rigo. I had called in yesterday inquiring about getting a new set of tires for a 2017 Camry I recently purchased. Checking both the internet and with Rigo, the standard size tires for it are P215/55R17.
With this information Rigo quoted me for four tires that he had in stock that actually had a BOGO deal running on them as well, and the price was fantastic, so I made an appointment with them at 1pm. When I got there, their service advisor was very professional, got me checked in right away, and they got my car into the dock within like 10 minutes despite being extremely busy.
Unfortunately, within a few minutes their tech came in and informed Rigo that I actually had a non-standard 18in wheel on my Camry, so the tires that he had quoted me at would not fit. Obviously, I was disappointed, but I still wanted to get my tires done that day, so I asked their service advisor what tires they did have that would fit my car that day.
After checking his system for a few minutes, they determined that they had four Firestone weather grips in stock that would fit my wheels, but they were nearly double the price of what I was originally quoted. I was disappointed by that as well, as it was out of my budget, so I started working with the service advisor on just getting the front two tires done instead so I could stay in my budget.
Rigo overhearing this and I think seeing that I was disappointed stepped in and offered to match his original quote that he had given me earlier in the morning, despite the considerable price difference. I was honestly blown away by this, and happily accepted.
Within an hour I left with four brand new firestone weather grips, an alignment and very happy. Shoutout to Firestone and especially their service managers and advisors at this location. If you want to work with honest people who will take care of you, go to this location. Firestone earned a customer for life yesterday, and I love my new tires!”
