Been coming to this location for over a year consistently. The price kept going up for my medication which i can understand, but last time I went to pick up for me and a friend... I paid for mine then my friend's was ready and they said it'd be over 80 dollars more than usual. I said she usually pays around 115 is this price correct? The person looked something up and said let me check.. then came back and said 'Oh they just stuck a price on there, I need to send it back upstairs to change the price'. So I kindly waited about 20 minutes for it to get sent up the tube then finally back for them to get the price correct. If i hadn't spoken up, my friend would have paid almost double for her medication due to.. I have no idea what.. anyways I found a new compounding pharmacy for us both where our medications are 3 months for the price of 2 months worth from sona. They were really nice and consistent for awhile, but I can't afford them anymore when I can save so much elsewhere and no 'mistakes' so far with the new place.”

“After 20 plus years of getting my prescriptions filled at CVS and the pharmacist couldn't remember my name, never smiled, and was rude almost always, I decided to switch to the Ingles Pharmacy on Airport Road. I am so glad that I did. Chelsea, Allen, and everyone else always greets me with a smile and treats me respectfully, always willing to answer any question I have. I would give 6 stars in the rating if allowed.”
“I went to Ingles on 06/20 at 8:30pm with a severe UTI that was turning into a fever and moderate nausea. I was stuck at work all day and couldn’t get to a doctor, and miraculously found an option through GoodRx to be seen via telehealth. I came into the pharmacy thirty mins into closing and immediately could tell the pharmacist had a long day. She promptly got my medication ready and remained kind, despite the circumstance of my late arrival. I didn’t get her name, but whoever you are, thank you so much for physically saving me tonight. I genuinely can’t appreciate you enough.”
“Never had any issues with them filling my prescription. I choose their pharmacy because it's only $10 for a 90-day supply of my thyroid medication. Staff is friendly. I've also gotten flu shots there and it was easy.”

“First time using this pharmacy to get a shingles vaccine- such a great experience. The pharmacist Vanessa Hand was kind courteous and efficient! She had me fill out the necessary paperwork which did not take very long asked me all the correct questions . She was well informed and talked to me about this vaccine as I had been hesitant to get it in the past- I’m 63 years old and should have done this earlier. She made me feel comfortable and set my fears at ease. The injection was painless and I had minimal side effects , so much less than what I was expecting. I have already set up an appointment with her for my second vaccine. The pharmacy tech was Omni he was funny outgoing and took the time to talk to me and communicate my needs to the pharmacist. They are both a true asset to this store and made a great team. Highly recommend this team and pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs. I am switching to CVS from Walgreens because of this experience . “This pharmacy is awesome. Although the Fletcher CVS location near me has a convenient drive-thru, there's no comparison in service and fill time between the two locations. The Target/McKenna road location is much faster; they're also very friendly and helpful.”
“The drive thru has been closed due to technical problems for 6 weeks. It needs to be fixed. Convenience over walking thru store and waiting in long line. However, the pharmacy team is wonderful, very helpful.”
