“Looking for an honest car repair shop? Look no further! Go here! I had a minor emergency due to a loose plate dragging on the ground. Although it was late and near closing time, they looked at my car and gave me a quick fix, at no charge, so I could at least get it home. I brought it back again the next day and they fixed the problem at very small price. I recently brought my car in again for an air conditioning issue and they were, once again, honest about their diagnosis and cost for repairs and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.”

“They are always friendly and happy to help. They seem genuinely happy to be there. There are plenty of things that will fill you up inside, from pre-packaged items to freshly made food. There are plenty of fuel pumps, and the bathrooms are clean as well.”

“I work at this store. If anyone has a complaint, please come see me, I will make it right. The "old guy" behind the counter... his name is Harold, and he had a stroke. Please be patient. Thanks ya'll, and have a great day!”

“Stopped by the BP Energy Mart in Biltmore and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to Paul at the customer service register. After running into a frustrating nickel-and-dime situation at the attached McDonald's over a simple cup of ice, Paul completely turned my morning around. When I mentioned it to him, he was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, telling me with a smile that I could get as much ice as I wanted right here for free. We ended up chatting for a bit, and I was genuinely impressed by how well-run the place is. The store is in absolute tip-top shape—it looks cleaner and sharper than a grand opening. Huge shoutout and commendation to Paul for delivering old-school customer service and not working regular customers over for a little bit of ice. This kind of hospitality keeps me coming back!”

“Boons Corner Grill,Best place by far to eat for homecooked food cooked to perfection. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked just the way momma made it. Or maybe momma wasn't such a good cook, so this food is made just the way you like it. Couldn't ask for better food, FAST service, really friendly faces. It is always a pleasure to come here and dine with either my husband and I or with all 3 of our boys. Never had an issue with an order, never had any issues with the food. Our favorites of the staff are the morning crew, but the evening crew is a close runner up.Love their variety of music too. Even when they play a little metal. The place is also always really clean. Can't say enough about this corner grill. Oh and best of all, the prices are the lowest around. Great food for an amazing price. Thanks yall.”

“Our local convenience store. The new owner is doing a fantastic job. Stayed open with no power in the aftermath of the hurricane. Selling food and drinks and necessities to myself and our neighborhood. A genuinely good individual. Definitely will continue having my business!”

“this has been my pharmacy of choice since i moved to the area almost three years ago and i've always had a great experience here! this location was actually recommended to me by a relative who told me this was the best cvs pharmacy in the area to go to, and i have found that to be absolutely true. every pharmacist has been super nice and helpful, refills are quick and easy, phone calls returned promptly, etc. i probably would've switched to a different pharmacy chain altogether if this particular location weren't so awesome! really appreciate everyone who works here for their professionalism and patience :)”

“I was having a terrible experience getting a 90 day prescription filled, and had only 7 days left on my current script. I kept getting conflicting messages that made no sense and all that would be authorized was 30 days. When I went in to the pharmacy, there were two people who went WAY out of their way to resolve the issue - the Pharmacist and the Operations Manager dropped everything and tagged teamed on two different computers! When they determined the computer system was the issue, the Pharmacist called another store, in a different part of town, and found they had what I needed. The Operations Manager then OFFERED, without me asking, to drive to the other store after work, pick up my medicine, and bring it to me the next day at my store!!! She wanted to make it right, whatever it took and that kind of customer service is very rare these days! I got my medicine, for 90 days, and I'm incredibly grateful to these two ladies!!”

“This guy is a hero. Only person we found in 5 hours of driving after the storm who opened so locals trapped in the area could get water, food etc. Our family would have run out of potable water if it wasn’t for this guy. Thank you!!!!”

“First time using this pharmacy to get a shingles vaccine- such a great experience. The pharmacist Vanessa Hand was kind courteous and efficient! She had me fill out the necessary paperwork which did not take very long asked me all the correct questions . She was well informed and talked to me about this vaccine as I had been hesitant to get it in the past- I’m 63 years old and should have done this earlier. She made me feel comfortable and set my fears at ease. The injection was painless and I had minimal side effects , so much less than what I was expecting. I have already set up an appointment with her for my second vaccine. The pharmacy tech was Omni he was funny outgoing and took the time to talk to me and communicate my needs to the pharmacist. They are both a true asset to this store and made a great team. Highly recommend this team and pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs. I am switching to CVS from Walgreens because of this experience . “I saved $200 by transferring my medication to this pharmacy! Luke is great, and AARON is fantastic in the pharmacy. He’s always helpful with questions I had and has always been helpful with directing me to the right over the counter medication! This location is the best in Asheville! Long Shoals CVS is the BEST CVS I’ve been to!”
