“It happened again---Monday at 10 30am, no line, easy front row parking, and a smiling Friendly clerk. This is the place to be for shipping Christmas gifts.
Friendly, helpful, and charming holiday atmosphere (11/14/24). No line at 10:30am on Friday, front row parking, super convenient. They had every stamp I requested.”
“Pretty solid USPS location. I've been using this location for about 10 months. They usually have 3 people working the counter, which helps the line move. All of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and efficient! I do wish this location had an automated package machine in the lobby, like some other USPS locations, because the biggest wait is caused by the other people in line.”
“I had a terrible accident and have been unable to walk. The wonderful clerk at the post office took time to gather my mail and my packages and bring them to my car. They have the best staff I have ever seen at a post office. I have lived all over the USA. She is the best. I can never thank her enough for what she did.”

“Updating this review based on recent events:
I recently had a package coming that was delivered to the wrong address. Long story short it turned into an entire ordeal of it being delivered back to a post office and lost.
The postmaster was incredibly helpful in getting it tracked down and updating me by phone every step of the way. Very kind woman who was genuinely sorry my package was lost. Package is now back on it's way to me.
As for the reviews mentioning delayed packages : The Fletcher Post Office doesn't deliver packages same day that arrive to them after 9 AM. If that happens your delivery will be moved up to the next day.”
“This Post Office employs some hard working people. We love our delivery person Denise, she is simply the best. When we do go to the physical office Debbie is always patient with us and lets my nephew tell her corny jokes. Sure things can happen with the mail and mistakes can be made, but most of the folks here are always helpful and kind.”
“I had a pre-labeled package and the gentleman working this morning was kind enough to come out from behind the desk to show me how to use the self-service kiosk to scan in my own package for drop-off. He definitely didn't have to do that but he went the extra mile. Thank you very much!! :)”
