About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery, USPS processes and delivers 47% of the world's mail, managing over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovating to improve customer experiences. Customers praise the helpful and kind staff at the local USPS location on Hendersonville Rd. Employees like Matt and Jody are described as super helpful, kind, and going above and beyond their duties. The postal workers are quick to offer the fastest, cheapest, or most secure shipping options based on customers' needs. Even when the lines are long, the staff remains incredibly friendly and patient, assisting customers who have made mistakes with their shipments. While the overall experience at this USPS location is positive, one customer mentions that the postmaster is not very nice and does not acknowledge or speak to them. Nevertheless, the majority of reviews highlight the dedication and excellent customer service provided by the USPS team at this branch.
