You cannot call and talk to the postmaster. There is absolutely not an option for that when you call the 1- 800 number that’s listed on this website very frustrating!

I would give a one if I could! Drive down to pick up mail and boxes that had not been delivered in over a week due to weather. Was told the boxes all in a pile in the back and not sorted so nothing they could do. No other customer was even there
