The ladies and gentlemen are great here. They're very helpful and professional. I come here often to deal with mail and I'm always happy with the service.

My wife went in to collect our mail and some lady who looked like a turtle was incredibly rude to her for no reason and honestly I’m just writing this in the off chance she would hear about it and feel bad about herself

Jody is our mail lady here at Arden Dental Group, she is the sweetest lady and she goes above and beyond what her job is. I appreciate having such a nice and pleasant person to come in our office and delivering our mail. Jody we sure miss you when you're out! I hate to say it,( but your postmaster is not very nice,) she will not speak to us, nor acknowledge us when we say thank you. So I wanted to let you know we're grateful for you Jody!

This is probably the fourth or fifth time I’ve had issues with this USPS. I’m filing claims on EVERYTHING I am so tired of dealing with yall. I have had several packages, including Christmas packages, that have been lost to the void. You guys have mixed up my mail with other people in my apartments. These are packages worth HUNDREDS of dollars that I spent MY money on. I have customers that rely on me to get their product to them, and I can’t even get what I need to give them. Every time I am told there is nothing that anyone can do about my lost shipments or shipments that were scanned as “delivered” but not there when I check my mail box. This is a pathetic USPS and I will absolutely be coming by YET AGAIN to figure out how I can file claims and see what can be done about all of my missing stuff. Oh also it would really help if you guys picked up the phone. I work a 9-5 like most people so I can’t actually get there before you guys are closed. If I could give zero stars I would. You are an embarrassment and impossible to deal with. I cannot wait until I move so I don’t have to put up with this lousy excuse for a postal service ever again.

Our mail carrier is excellent, but the service at this post office for package delivery is dodgy. Despite me working from home with literally no current obstacles to my home (no snow, the weather is above freezing, and the sky is clear blue), I just received a “could not access delivery location.” Well, that’s odd because there was nothing impeding me from taking my kid to school today, and, in fact, mail doesn’t typically get delivered here until around 3 pm anyway (it’s currently noon). Tried to call the office and nobody answers, of course. Also, no notification was left indicating an attempted delivery (which was never actually attempted so I guess that tracks).
Look, just say you couldn’t get to it today rather than blame it on homeowners. You’re just giving ruthless politicians every bit of fodder to have your jobs eliminated and privatized. Ugh.

This has been the absolute worst USPS office I’ve ever dealt with. It’s more frequent than you’d expect for your delivery to be delayed, missing, or “unable to access delivery location.” If you find yourself needing to reschedule a delivery, be prepared to have no further contact or communication regarding your package. This office is the hardest to contact and the most unprofessional. I’ve been living in this area for about 8 months now and since the day I moved up here I’ve been nothing but unhappy with this service. I’m almost surprised when they actually deliver a package.

My mail is not being forwarded after I filled in a change of address card. This is the second time I’ve had to call the post office to get my mail. If they can’t forward your mail they are in great error. This is a complete failure on the end of the Arden post office

The blonde mailman that yelled at everyone in line to get their children from school should be fired. There is NO reason he needs to be cussing and yelling at parents in the pickup line when there is NOWHERE else to park or go!! Extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. This company should feel ashamed.

Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes only for them to say that any package delivered Saturday or today was “buried” in the back and they can’t get to them. They need more workers and better delivery people. If they would deliver to the door like they’re supposed to, this wouldn’t be a problem.

I thought it was a DMV with the long line and miserable people inside. Post offices are only going to get worse with Trump as president. PAY YOUR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES OR THERE WONT BE ANY LEFT

They dumped all the mail on the ground in our package room! Why!?!?

Every time I have come into this post office, I have been met with kindness and helpfulness. I rarely know which envelope or package would be best and the postal workers are always quick to offer options that would be the fastest, cheapest, or most secure depending on my needs.

Staff exhibits general misery. Mostly from long-term customer service positions. They may have been helpful 15 years ago. Now they're just tired.
