I ordered a Xbox via a promotion and because I was in the middle of a move, I tried to have it shipped to this local Verizon store. The same day I ordered the store marked the order as available for pickup, then 5 minutes later cancelled my order due to "customer not picking order up" - It is nearly 3 months later and I am still trying to get a unit shipped to me because of the sheer laziness of this location. Because they marked the order as received and not picked up, Verizon corporate showed the order as cancelled internally but not for me. I called the store for assistance and they just sent me to the corporate support line. Extremely unhelpful location.

In their favor I didn't know they closed at 7:00 p.m. it seems kind of early I went to the store I was there at 7:01 young kid at the door I acknowledge that before he ever said a word and I was trying to ask him a question and he just kept on saying I can't help you were closed we're closed and kept saying we're closed i never did get my question out maybe it was because I was driving a minivan I don't know

I got amazing help from Calix at the Verizon store. First he solved the problem I have with getting a new phone, by suggesting the same phone in a new model, which I am very happy with. He then spent several hours getting it set up so that I could use it with the same apps, etc that I had before, and retrieving all my information from my old phone. Could not be happier with the help I got and the result.

We went to the Airport Rd store today to talk to someone about the new Pixel 8 pro. David met us at the door and we talked to him about upgrading. He went over all of our options with patience, we ended up trading in our old phones and changing our plan, saving us a little money but getting brand new phones. We have worked with David in the past, he is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you David for a very good experience.

WAS a satisfied customer for years. 2 weeks ago bought a new phone. Instead of cloning old phone, rep uploaded to cloud. Got home to find 4 years of photos didn’t make it. Snail mailed manager as VZW offered no other way to communicate. No response. New customers beware: be sure your phone is cloned.

Diffinately DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.the manager AlexsisIs very rude and gives customers an attitude when they have every right to be agitated when I've been back to this store 3 times with issues with a brand new paid in full S23 ultra that keeps deleting my contacts on its own when you have autosync on .I've already called Verizon main corporate office and filed a complaint on herPs... I'm not the only person to make a complaint against her either ???

Wow, what an experience, Courtney and Ally were great. PIERCE's existence is antithetical to the idea of customer service, if as the corporate store representative, your first response to any customer's frustration is to tell them you're not going to help them, you are the epitome of poor customer service. I can't begin to imagine how many customers have left verizon after dealing with Pierce, what an absolute child. I've already got an unlocked phone on the way so i can test mint and US cellular before beginning port process. Ever since verizon bought straight talk service is unreliable and now 1 in 3 employees is going to threaten to not help you with no recourse or working phone. If you are thinking about getting verizon I've been a customer almost 20yrs and it's not worth the $! Look elsewhere

Kay was awesome...She was very patient with me and my old phone that was giving me problems...She listened to what I use my phone for and then set me up with an even better phone plan than I had previously, and she also helped me find a super phone...I couldn't be happier...Thanks, great overall experience...Super salesperson !

Tip: Set up an appointment before your visit! Pierce & Jordan did an amazing job setting up my family with new iPhones. They were friendly and knowledgeable, making the process really easy. They took their time explaining plans and the phones, patiently answering all our questions. Thanks, guys!

Do not interact with this staff or location. They wasted four hours of my day and almost cost me $2300!!! I called in to Verizon instead and had my issue handled by Verizon support including at home next day shipping for $200 inclusive of the full phone upgrade. Losing a day of time is never great but costing you money on top of it is an insult. Dangerous. Gave them every opportunity to win here and they couldn't deliver.

All I can say is an excellent experience! Don't take to heart all of the negative reviews. Keep in mind it is a corporate Verizon store (they are very busy). You have to make an appointment. Brandon has gone the extra mile to help me port 5 lines back to Verizon and he keeps helping after the sale. These folks are very professional and know what they are doing. You have to be patient with them and they will help you.
