“I am so very grateful for Dr. McMullen and the entire staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital. When Sterling was not feeling well on a Friday afternoon the staff was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Dr. McMullen was kind, caring and compassionate during the exam. In addition to taking care of Sterling, He provided reassurance and emotional support to me. The office Coordinated medical care for the
weekend and Scheduled Sterling for surgery . Then After surgery, the staff took turns carrying Sterling around the office while he recovered from the anesthesia. Sterling received such outstanding care and kindness-If possible, I would give 10 stars!”

“My dog has been going here for several years and they've always been fantastic. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and I called them at 5:40pm (this day they closed at 7pm), they told me to come by instead of turning me away and sending me to the emergency vet place. They took good care of my dog and didn't rush me, explained a course of action for care, and made sure I understood what to do to care for her and what caused the health problem. I highly recommend them, they truly care about their furry patients and aren't just a cash grab/salesman vet.”
