“Cannot say enough good things! My dog, Willow was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and I decided to try acupuncture instead of rushing into surgery. Willow absolutely loves Kristi and we’ve been able to manage her pain without needing surgery. She’s very knowledgeable and loves what she does. Willow sometimes has flair ups and Dr. Kristi always makes time in her schedule to fit us in for an appointment. I would absolutely recommend for any dog going through similar problems or even as a preventive.”

“This man is amazing. He is super kind and gentle and in just one visit cured our dog of her rotating limp. The vet wanted over $200 for x-rays so I thought “why not try this first” and it worked. It’s been a year and her rotating limp just came back (probably a back issue) and I am about to make another appointment. I have complete confidence he will cure her yet again. He even gave us physical therapy exercises to do at home. Top notch person and an obvious animal lover.”
“Initially, my pet rat was referred to Dr Bolt by my regular vet due to a worsening condition. Dr Bolt's knowledge in treating exotics is second to none. His practice has the specialized equipment necessary for diagnostics and medical treatment of very small pets. Dr Bolt's exams are thorough and his knowledge immense. After a detailed explanation of the issues he found with my rattie, he presented me with several treatment options depending on what I felt comfortable with. Dr Bolt is now my go-to veterinarian for all three of my rattie boys. I cannot recommend him enough. And huge hugs to Michelle and LeighAnn at Sweeten Creek Animal and Bird Hospital for being the sweetest, most caring ladies!! A friendly voice on the line and bright, welcoming smiles in person mean a lot to me, especially when my rattie boy is having a difficult time.”

“My dog Dale was exhibiting signs of discomfort. I was able to call Dr. Cody and the wonderful people at NORTH ASHEVILLE ANIMAL HOSPITAL Welcomed to me to come in immediately. Within minutes, the wonderful Vet techs and Dr. Cody had quelled my fears. They got Dale into x-ray, quickly they got back to me about what the x-rays found and by the end of the day they got Dale feeling better and on the path to Healing. I cannot thank these people enough and I recommend them highly. This is beside the point, but Dr. Cody and his team said, “we want to be Upfront about the possible pricing. They gave me a basic estimation and then after this estimation they did so many other great things that got Gayle back to being able to come home with me. I only say this because they do not take advantage of you and they only do all they can so that you and your pets can enjoy each other’s company. My family and friends are very grateful for how devoted, helpful and compassionate this team is.”

“The vet, Dr. Kvam, spent considerable time with me and my pets. Even on our first visit she listened intently and worked hard to provide a helpful plan with follow up for longstanding issues. They provided me with a printed summary of the visit including a personally written report from Dr. Kvam. I instantly felt the amount of care and compassion they feel towards animals upon rooming/talking with her and the other staff. They also provided recommendations and information about additional services that they weren’t’t able to provide in house (ie, compounding pharmacies and behavioralist). I have a pet with fairly complex issues and was nervous about establishing at a new clinic, but those concerns were quickly assuaged. It may not be the fanciest or newest clinic in town, but I genuinely feel like I can trust their care.”

Only because it's in a pet store. I gave them a try and I couldn't be happier!
