CVS is a pharmacy that offers a range of services, including COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals. Customers can receive both lab and rapid tests at select locations. Generally, reviews highlight a mix of experiences at this CVS location. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, noting improvements in service and cleanliness. A young employee named Luis received particular praise for his polite assistance during a recent visit. However, some reviews mention issues with one specific pharmacist named Britney, who reportedly displayed unprofessional behavior, including giving attitude over the phone and during in-person interactions. This behavior negatively impacted a customer with a heart condition, who expressed concern about Britney's lack of sensitivity. Despite this, the overall feedback for the remaining staff and the store itself remains positive, with several customers commending their professionalism and helpfulness. While the location has made strides in improving customer service, there are calls for additional training for employees like Britney to ensure a consistent and supportive experience for all customers. Overall, CVS offers essential health services and a generally positive shopping environment, though there is room for improvement in specific areas of customer service.
