I have a great buying experience, however I got the wrong size. Google says they close at 9, came at 8:30 to exchange some shoes and they were closed.

Many major brands. If the display shoe you want isn't in stock, if you like, they will place an online order for you and have your shoes sent to your home or to the store. They ordered for me Tuesday evening, January 4th; on Friday the 7th, I was wearing new shoes.
