“This was my 1st time here, found the shoes I wanted and at a reasonable price. I went to checkout but the young girl running the register was busy talking to one of her friends while a young man was checking out someone else. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the girl to stop chatting and check me out, she never even looked up at me. The young man finished his sale and immediately asked to help me. I wish I had caught her name, she was rude and didn't seem to care about customers. She needs to find work elsewhere, you're paying her for nothing.”
