“What a fantastic little place to stumble across while I was exploring Asheville! The cat lounge was really neat, and the shop had so much cool stuff to peruse, and the proceeds from the shop fund the cat rescue.”

“I attended my first class at ACY today and can not say enough good things. Their mission of accessibility to all is so important and I love their model of pay what you can. On top of that, the class was perfectly challenging for all levels with fair accommodations and challenges mixed in. The studio itself had great vibes, was cleanly, and spacious. The people at the desk as well as the instructor were so friendly and welcoming as they took the time to explain how everything worked and gave each person individual attention. After taking some time away from yoga, I was a bit intimidated to be back in the studio but am grateful to be back in this space. I look forward to coming back and contributing more to this wonderful community.”

“Today was my first time trying to donate platelets. Although my veins didn't cooperate, there were many people participating. Joshua was the one who took care of me. They provide warm blankets, a tv to watch, and snacks afterwards. If you are able, please make an appointment with the American Red Cross in Asheville to donate platelets. You can save a life.”

“I joined the YWCA for the pool, but they offer so much more than that! I love the welcoming people and the mission-driven work. I feel so comfortable in the space that I've been able to branch out into new workout routines that I often felt too overwhelmed to try at other gyms. The group fitness offerings are great, too.”

“So glad this place exists! Malcolm and Steven were super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my new (used/rebuilt) bike and happy I was able to donate my old bike to the shop to further their cause of helping get kids out mountain biking who otherwise wouldn't be able to. Lots of bike parts available for cheap, like seats, clothing, accessories, etc. I will always check here first for any bike needs!”

“Take note: if you grab a cart with a tall pole on it, it will not fit out the door & you’ll have to carry your belongings out yourself. Most things looked reasonably priced and some were wildly expensive. We found some good finds.I LOVED that this Goodwill doesn’t seem to use those awful Goodwill brand stickers that don’t peel off well. This one uses small easy peel stickers.”
