“I stopped in expecting to drop my laptop off to get in the que for repair after malware decided to install itself. To my surprise, the man working stopped what he was doing and fixed it on the spot - along with an issue that I had on my cell phone.
It was not a difficult fix for him, and didnt take long - but I was impressed that he decided to take the time to fix it right then. These guys are awesome. We have bought 2 refurbished laptops from them and will be back again. They stand by their work, offer great products for sale and provide a level of customer service that is rare these days.”
