“I work with a client who has Autism who is always having issues with her phone many times due to her own fault. The people at Verizon have taken their time with her and tried to explain things to her without rushing her. She has had issues with her bill a couple of times and they were patient with her and helped her figure things out and called customer service if they couldn't figure it out themselves and checked back to make sure everything got resolved.”
“Came in after there was an error with a system update for my Google Pixel 9. Unable to get service due to the SIM card not being recognized. I arrived at a good time as there was no waiting to receive assistance. A lady named Cash did some troubleshooting and I was out the door within 30 mins. Thank you Cash! You were awesome!”

“I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. The manager David was in the store and he went above and beyond to research the issue with my online order and fix it. Davids customer service wad honestly the best i have encountered in any RAC EVER. My husband and i were so impressed we ended up placing multiple orders . Despite the fact the laptop i wanted was not in stock David placed the order and made sure i left with a loaner. Even though the store had technically closed an hour ago you wouldnt have known it by the way were taken care of . Candy also helped us and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed. This store is under nee management and i know the will go places. I just cant say enough postive things. 5 stars isnt enough. I will never go to another RAC. This store is it !!!!!!”
