“I’ve been dealing with Russell over 10 years now. He’s currently working on my newest truck. I expect nothing less than perfection when I pick it up, because that’s all I have ever received. I’ve had tint work, stereo work, and minor modifications all done by his shop and have never been disappointed. Update…I told ya…nothing but perfection.”

“Andrew and the team did a phenomenal job for us. The took over a botched low voltage install and gave us the home entertainment system of our dreams. I’d highly recommend them for any low voltage work (audio, internet and security).”

“I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. The manager David was in the store and he went above and beyond to research the issue with my online order and fix it. Davids customer service wad honestly the best i have encountered in any RAC EVER. My husband and i were so impressed we ended up placing multiple orders . Despite the fact the laptop i wanted was not in stock David placed the order and made sure i left with a loaner. Even though the store had technically closed an hour ago you wouldnt have known it by the way were taken care of . Candy also helped us and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed. This store is under nee management and i know the will go places. I just cant say enough postive things. 5 stars isnt enough. I will never go to another RAC. This store is it !!!!!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Mathis Electronics. If you’re planning to do business here you have found the right place. I called about the computer from my 1994 Ford F-150 after discovering leaking capacitors and corrosion on the circuit board. This is not normally the kind of repair they do, but the lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, listened to my situation, and went out of her way to see if someone there could help me. I never got the chance to catch her name before they left for the day. But I wanted to thank you so very much. Moses worked on the board, replaced the damaged capacitors, cleaned the corrosion, tested the connections, and explained everything clearly and honestly. They never made promises they couldn’t guarantee but they still took the time to help me when I was in a difficult situation. The truck is now running normally again with no check-engine light, sputtering, fuel smell, or power loss. They resolved what could have easily become a $250 or more replacement problem for a fraction of the cost, simply because they were willing to help. I’m extremely grateful to everyone here who helped me. Mathis Electronics clearly knows what they are doing, treats people with respect, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend them and suggest giving them a call. The best electronics business in Asheville NC hands down”

“I work with a client who has Autism who is always having issues with her phone many times due to her own fault. The people at Verizon have taken their time with her and tried to explain things to her without rushing her. She has had issues with her bill a couple of times and they were patient with her and helped her figure things out and called customer service if they couldn't figure it out themselves and checked back to make sure everything got resolved.”

“It's all about Wendy. She was working at returns when I realized the food processor I had just bought was actually not the one on sale. We went together to see what was up. The one on sale was a different brand and all sold out. I said: Well, I'll take the refund and see how much it is on Amazon. She countered with: We (Target) price-match! She looked it up on Amazon. It was &15 less on Amazon. I agreed that the price was right for the brand I wanted and we had a win-win situation. Where I came from, something like this would NEVER happen. Asheville Target has a gem, with Wendy as an employee.”
