“A wonderful "bank" for all state employees and their families. Members literally own it. All profits from loans go to overhead and savings interests to owners. This system makes all members equal and eligible for the same low loan rates and generally higher savings rates like typical banks that have similar overhead issues along with financial obligations to stock owners...remember credit union members ARE the owners. Directors are volunteers and unload members. Branch offices and ATMs are all over the state and there is no fee to use the Cash Points machines. Checking accounts are charged $1.00 per month and all those single dollar charges are donated to charitable causes across the state. I urge all eligible citizens to visit a local branch office for details, join and take advantage of free membership in your own full service financial institution.”

He followed up with emails and phone calls promptly. He made a further request on my behalf in a meeting and they offered me an arrangement that I am pleased with. They can offer competitive rates. I had an issue and he resolved it for me. Going into the bank and speaking in person worked best.The online banking works well for me. If I have an issue the online communication is fairly responsive.”
