The SECU employees are fantastic, and the terms and rates for mortgages and cars are almost always more favorable. They are helpful and do not work on commissions or incentives so they help you do exactly what you need instead of leading you toward banking activity that benefits them.

Employees give incorrect information, and the woman who opened my account did not help me with online access and rushed me. Also, the Compass App sucks and does not give updated account details.
