“Batteries plus had the battery I was looking for at a great price. Justin Pegg was very helpful. With freezing temperatures outside, he was willing to install my battery and give me a core charge on the old battery. Store had a great selection. Friendly staff and overall appearance inside the store was very clean. After the battery install Justin made sure everything was operational after with the new battery. Overall transaction with battery install, and purchase took less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back.”

TLDR: Very cool guys and cool store. However their hours are so extremely limited - only open 20hrs a week total - which makes it nearly impossible for me to find a time to go in. (God I wish they would open Sundays!)
It’s sort of like the reverse siesta; only open mid-day and mid week (with the exceptions of Sat). Which is basically opposite to the free time in my schedule.
I really hope they stick around, because I love a local music instrument place like this. It adds a lot to the community. Just wish I could support them more.”

“Even though I didn’t use Robison, I must say that David was not only very professional and highly knowledgeable. I had a flat screen television that was showing a partial screen and just from the picture I sent to David, he told me that it couldn’t be fixed. He could have just said that he would come out to look at it ( with a fee) but not only did he diagnose the problem but he also told me how to safely dispose of it. I took the opportunity to pick his brain about other electronics and he was very helpful. David is a very knowledgeable and honest guy. If and when we need a good service person, our first stop will be Robinson Electronics”
