“Fast, knowledgeable, & generous. They cleaned the clogged speaker ports of my phone free of charge after I had read similar reviews online, and taught me how to do so myself. Then, I replaced my cracked screen protector there and they got the job done quick!
Saw a sign in there that they also repair other devices like PCs, iPads and even some gaming consoles. Will definitely check them out again if I run into any other tech issues.”

“I work with a client who has Autism who is always having issues with her phone many times due to her own fault. The people at Verizon have taken their time with her and tried to explain things to her without rushing her. She has had issues with her bill a couple of times and they were patient with her and helped her figure things out and called customer service if they couldn't figure it out themselves and checked back to make sure everything got resolved.”
