“Parker was so wonderful at helping me schedule. I have avoided doctors offices for years because of my holistic approach and the different perspective I have, but since I was headed to do a panchakarma treatment in India, I wanted to get some baseline bloodwork to know where everything was at.

First I was really nervous to work with a male practitioner cause I hadn’t since I was a child and made the clear decision as soon as I could that I would never again go to a male healthcare provider. I told this to Parker and she proceeded to tell that tons of people close to her had gone to Michael. Without her steadiness in this pose, I would not have opened to seeing a male healthcare provider.

Okay so if Parker wasn’t great enough, Michael was incredibly thorough and compassionate. He listened and educated me in areas of medicine I didn’t even know existed. He is a combination of smart at what he does and smart at helping people have the best care they can get according to their own values.

I don’t impress easily, but everyone from Julie (for insurance questions) to Lisa (for fast and efficient blood draw) were totally impressive, good at their jobs and kind.

I looked for a long time to find a doctor who was empathetic, practical, and just - present with me as a patient, and Dr. Roberts exceeds all my expectations. She is never judgemental, always kind. While I cannot speak in detail to Dr. McNeill's care, I have seen him before when Dr. Roberts was not available, and the visit was in line with the (honestly, pretty high!) standard of care I have come to expect. He was also attentive, validating, and grounded in his care.

The portal took a little getting used to for me, but now I love it. I can make my own appointments, and it is so awesome how the portal enables me to communicate with the medical team on smaller questions/concerns.

I have some mistrust from previous medical billing experiences, so I always clarify many times when/how/where things are getting billed during visits. That said, I have never had any surprises at this practice.
