Mobile app login doesnt work, Zelle doesnt work (spent weeks trying to fix it with endless hours of being on the phone with first citizens associates to no avail), hit or miss depending on who is working at the time whether or not i wait 30 mins or 2 mins just to deposit a check, I could go on. useless customer service... read full comment

Ladies up front were extremely rude and disrespectful, but the gentleman in the house was extremely respectful and nice.

I love first citizens. I have been with them for 7 years. I got my mom to open a account with them. I love the staff here. Brett was very helpful and friendly join opening the account. Tammy and Daniel were also very helpful and friendly. I gotta give them all a high five for keeping up the good work!
