will never return. got my son out of school early for bday activities. went 2 purchase whatever game he wanted. soon as we entered 2 guys in back room immediately yelled at us "leave now!" as they rushed us I calmly told the I had the shot were not sick and just looking for a game really quick, and asked if they had a certain item .we didnt bring a mask bc we dont have to wear them now. as I was trying 2 explain myself an employee fell 2 the floor with his head touching th

Hubby was able to get some Ghostbusters collectibles ou can't find anywhere else. Good place to go. Glad they are still around .

this used to be a great location to go to . i was told by the employee at this location that he would NOT sell me a ps5 because he was afraid that by selling me a ps5 i could end up being threatened or that i could spread the covid 19 virus.this employee did however, ask me if i would like to buy a ps5 from him through his ebay account, which by the way i'm not looking to buy from a scalper. sorry that's not customer service to me. it sounds more like extortion which is illegal. 3/23/21

Ash-- no customer service skills. The guy was polite and helpful. But i still feel they deserve one star for ASH'S off putish unwelcoming behavior. Will not return to this location ever.

I called this GameStop prior to my arrival to check the availability of a specific used game which the staff member confirmed to me that they had. Upon arrival I walked into a dirty retail store and an overwhelming aroma of cigarettes and marijuana, I walked straight to the counter and communicated to the staff member I was the person who had called about the specific game earlier. He grabbed the game for me and checked me out as usual. I returned home that night an hour away from the store, after work to find out the game inside the case was not the one I had paid for. I called the store back and spoke with the same staff member who informed me that the game I had called to check the availability of and had purchased was not even at that store. He then told me I can go to a different store to exchange the games tomorrow. Following this conversation I went to play the wrong game I had got for that night. I inserted the game into my device come to find out the wrong game didn’t even work. So good luck to the next customer!

Went into this GameStop on December 11 2020, I asked if they had a controller and they did when I asked if I could see the box he held it strongly in his hands as if I was going to steal it. I asked to see the box because it was the new Nano enhanced controller by power A and I wanted to see if there was a very big difference between that one and the pro controller. Very bad way to do business, His name was javier.

My daughter and I are total gaming gals. This store by walmart always has what we want and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
