About Hertz Car Rental - Asheville Fletcher - Patton Hle

Hertz Car Rental at the Asheville Regional Airport in Fletcher provides a convenient and generally positive rental experience. Customers describe quick, efficient, and professional service with pleasant and helpful staff at the counter and drop-off point. The location offers a wide selection of vehicles, including new, sporty, and fun SUVs. Pickup and drop-off are consistently noted as easy and a breeze. While service is often praised, some operational inconsistencies are noted. On occasion, the location can be very busy, with staff working solo to handle a large line, suggesting a need for more support. There are also rare mentions of a car being provided with only a half tank of fuel, though the return process remains straightforward. Overall, customers report fair prices and express that they would use this Hertz location again without hesitation.
