“Insurance set up a rental for me, so I started making phone calls. Spoke with Dan on Tunnel Rd, and he was an amazing representative. We spoke briefly, and he informed me that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but recommended me to their other Asheville area locations.Next, I spoke with Jake at the Patton Ave location. What can I say? As amazing as Dan had been, Jake was just not. Rude is a major understatement. I was tempted to call my insurance company and demand different accommodations based solely on this experience.After cooling down and taking a few deep breaths, I drove to the Smoky Park location, where I was assisted by Steph. He undid my bad experience with Enterprise without ever being made aware of it. He was friendly, professional, and expedient.I would gladly shop at Smoky Park again, based on this experience, but will never again visit the Patton Ave location.”
