He showed me a variety of options and even pointed out the plusses and minuses of the various choices. I took pictures and went home to make a decision which was easy to do because I had all the info. I was never pressured and felt comfortable about my choice. My husband & I were having a very difficult time finding just the right recliner for his wants, and hopefully we did that.
