“Good-- but not overwhelming --selection. Manager (Wes) was quite knowledgeable about each product displayed, and eager to help me find the mattress that best fit my needs. Although listed as a "Clearance Outlet", there was not the feeling that these were 'seconds', or less than top quality. Was honest about the pros & cons of each mattress and of the overall reputation of each manufacturer. No 'hard sell' or pressure. Wes was always on the lookout for ways to 'sweeten the deal' for whatever product i might lean toward and was always personable & frank.”
“Found this floor screen treasure at Sunnyside Trading Co., and shipped it down to our home in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Used two doors to frame out the doorway between kitchen and butler pantry. Everyone was so helpful and I Sunnyside will be my new go-to for that must have special piece. Bonus is that I have two more to use in our office.”

Staff is very helpful and selection has recently been expanded due to a recent expansion of the store. Quality is great. “They ordered a Hearthstone wood burning insert for me and had it in the store within 10 days - I was particularly impressed with Ridgeline Chimney Services who the store recommended for installation - Brian from Ridgeline also worked me into his schedule quickly and did an outstanding job on the cleaning and restoration/repair of my old chimney and the installation of the new unit. He was very professional, courteous, cleaned the workspace daily (as it took 4 days) and always let me know what time he would be arriving. I will definitely use both Firelight and Ridgeline again in the future.”

“My wife and I bought our small cottage home in 2018 and waited 5 long years before we were done raising kids to finally move in and make it our own. The only problem we had was furnishing and decorating a whole house for the first time in our lives. I can tell you we are not interior decorators. Our previous furniture had been chosen for durability and teenage boy proofing, so we were not prepared for the overwhelming choices and lack of direction we would encounter. Until we found Chris and his support staff at Dwellings. Chris' kind, quiet demeanor and expert guidance was just what we needed. The showroom is beautiful and gave us so many ideas. The quality of the furniture was just what we were looking for, furniture that would last for years to come. Chris took time to help us chose color combinations and fabrics for our living room suit and when we changed our minds on the rug color we had chosen, he did everything in his power to make the exchange happen smoothly and painlessly. We can't speak highly enough about our experience at Dwellings. Each time we ventured out to buy additional furnishings, we always ended up coming back to Dwellings. “I will post more photos after I go back. Imagine the inside of the WNC farmers market building, but much larger with labeled sections. Each section has its own unique artist or vendor boasting furniture, collectibles, artwork, decor and much more. The space itself is vibrant and a perfect place to cool off from the heat to walk around. This is definitely the place to look for non-traditional items to funkify your interior design. For reference, I am a mustard yellow rug, green velvet chair with a lava lamp kinda vibe. They also have elegant, classier items too. There's no inventory list online, you just have to go see yourself!”
