“Five stars for Orvis and the Asheville location General Manager. Couldn’t be more pleased with the treatment from the staff, and obviously the quality of product. Specifically, the staff is educated and in touch with current conditions and fly selections in the greater WNC area, and are always willing to chat. Recently I got a little bit emotional and testy with an employee (didn’t know it at the time but was, indeed, the manger lol) who handled my temper better than I would have if I were in his shoes. “Outstanding rental service and men's clothier. I rented a tuxedo for a wedding here. The whole measurement process was spot on and the tux fit like a glove. I also picked up a pair of pants there for the rehearsal dinner which were priced well and fit great. Great service, great merchandise, great option for rentals for men's dress clothes.”

ADRIANA was very professional, helpful, sweet, joyful young lady! With her there she made the store much more incredible and enjoyable!”

I spoke with May and she was sooooo kind and knowledgeable. I had called 2 other locations prior to ask the same question and was met with attitude, and as a last effort I decided to call this location in Asheville. May answered with warmth in her voice and made me feel so hopeful and excited about finding new plus size options. I live 3+ hours from this location but I will be traveling to purchase from this location solely because of her.”

“Went in on a whim today because my knock off’s ripped. the man who helped me was AMAZING. i unfortunately did not catch his name but he had very cool tattoos, long hair and gaged ears. i was a huge fan of him. i kept picking shoes that didnt match my size and he would go back and forth from the back to from to help me. he was the main reason i bought 2 pairs and not just one. and the recommendation for the comfort vans was top notch omg im obsessed. definitely check this location out. 10/10”
