Very poor communication except for Marcus on the customer service line. They ordered a heavy duty scooter for patients over 300 lbs for my husband who is under 200 lbs and it was denied by Medicare for weight allowance. This is their business. They should know which scooter to order.It has now been 3 months since the evaluation and God only knows how much longer it will take for the corrected order to be approved. Meanwhile my husband’s mobility is deteriorating rapidly.Update: I have since heard from Julie and she has taken the case on to try to get things expedited.

Such great people. My mom is very happy with her chair. They built it for her years ago and Joseph came out recently to service it. He put on new arm rests, wheels, seat cover, and tuned up the brakes. He was really nice and answered all her questions. She was really impressed with him and recommends this company to everyone.

Given defective battery & was told he would put under warranty. Never happened, would not replace. Battery would no longer hold a charge after less than 2 weeks of using. Said they would call back IF someone could help. No call was ever returned. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! They just want that government $$

We had just had the batteries replaced. After the technician left I tried to connect to the application to see if anything had changed. The wheelchair was offline. The app had closed the app when the battery was changed. I explained that I had called Permobile but they said I would have to take the back off the wheelchair to see if the wire was still connected to the other wires. I explained my husband couldn't do it (and I have my hand in a splint and can't move my thumb. They said call a tech. Thats when Joseph Ejefor showed up. He immediately set us at ease and assured us that he could get it back online. So all he did was turn on the wheelchair, pushed a few buttons and Voila, I selected the app on my phone and it was reconnected! Just like that! I told him all he had to do and just touch it and it was fixed! He has magic hands! We fist bumped and he left to help someone else. Great guy!

I'll keep my name private but this is unacceptable. . . For someone to have muscular dystrophy which is processing day by day, this company seems to want to make it difficult to get the proper equipment I need for my everyday needs. From getting a power chair through national seating and mobility with my insurance, they clearly could see I needed a chair that goes up to reach cabinets and to be able to get out of my chair because it's difficult getting out of lower seats (there's no need for the chair recline they added), and neglected to add the proper equipment to my power chair and never provided me with a valid reason why they didn't. Then the past 2 weeks a guy named Ryan was getting a powered chair lift for back of my SUV and said he'd give me a call. He then after a week had a girl named Jennifer contact me and all she said was they couldn't help me and no other explanation or reasoning was provided!! This is a necessity with my MD getting worse and I need to be able to transport my power chair which are MY LEGS!! this was the most unprofessional service I've delt with. No issue with funding or insurance, just no explanation other than 'were unable yo help you'... smh unacceptable

From start to finish we have always been in good hands with all the equipment we need and have got through NSM Asheville. The service and help is always superior, and the techs are always very knowledgeable and prepared to to do what it takes to get the equipment working .
