“I have been going to Sona Pharmacy for more than five years. It is the best pharmacy service I have ever received.... ever! HOWEVER, imagine my dismay when I received a letter from my insurance provider (Express Scripts/TRICARE) that Sona will no longer be part of that network as of 8/20/24. Obviously, I don't know the reason for your departure, however, most likely it is due to the fact that Sona and Express Scripts could not come to a contract agreement. This happened once before and at the 11th hour Sona remained in the network. I pray this happens again! As a proud veteran who served my country for more than 25 years, I think I can speak for your other retired military (TRICARE) customers in saying that you will be missed. I hope that if, someday, you do return too providing pharmacy services to retired military .... you will let us know. Thanks. Sorry to see you go. PS: I have shared my feelings with Express Scripts, as well.”
“Excellent hot bar, salad bar, fresh sushi and pizzas! Produce is fresh! Large variety of beers, wines, and ciders. The store is very clean and well laid out. Customer service (produce, sushi, and pizza counter) was excellent. I am giving this store 4 stars because I went for lunch 5 days in a row, and all 5 days there was only 1 cashier. I HATE self checkout....please consider employing more humans.”

“Great customer service. I spoke with Ally at the Arden NC location. She was helpful in explaining my choices in the script as my doctor had sent it in with a choice of tablets or cream. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Also, that I received a free delivery all the way from Arden to Jupiter was great, and the cost was very reasonable compared to my Part D drug company.”

“I have been incontinent and still in diapers most of my life and was paying out of pocket until I discovered through my doctor that insurance could help cover costs. Aeroflow Urology was able to get the brand I wear most often (Tranquility ATN) and my care team helped navigate that process. When I have had questions, I always get accurate information right away and they remember who I am and our last conversations! I speak to Brittany most often and she is amazing!My order reminders every month are helpful and I never need to worry about running out of diapers or not changing as often as necessary because of that or cost. My diapers arrive promptly on time every month before that happens! Thank you to the Aeroflow team for always being professional and compassionate! You make one of life's struggles a tremendous amount easier for me!”

“Specials. Variety. Good customer service. Reasonable prices. I want to update this review. I was in there on Friday last week. They had very fresh fried fish fillet and baked chicken breast. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with both the fish and the chicken breasts. They really know how to treat their customers. That's one of the reasons that I will keep coming back.
Update today 03/06/2026 I wish that I had taken a photo of the white fish today. They were perfect and only $6.99 per pound. I will take a photo next week. My meal was excellent ???”

I have complained to management many times, and got nowhere with them.
It makes no sense. The profit from coffee drinks is enormous, but they could even sell K-cups (for $1) and have customers use a Keurig machine! No muss, no fuss, and happy customers who can get their coffee fix!
It might even get customers to stay longer and shop more if they can take a coffee break AND, they might even sell some cookies or pastries to the coffee drinkers!
This would make Sam’s Club one up on Costco, and who knows? They might even get some customers to switch to Sam’s, just bc they know they can get a hot drink on a cold Winter day!!!!”
