“Not all stores are created equal.
I’ve been to several UPS stores and by far store 0264 Is the most helpful, and professional one I’ve been to.
All the stores are busy, but when you enter this store, they are patient and take time with you and help you with whatever your needs are.
I’ve been there several times with different projects and each time everything was handled perfectly .
That sometimes is a tall order!
Their manager, Tim Pence seems to set the tone handling things with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
I worked with one of their staff on my last project, Zack M, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
For me, what makes my experience one that I want to repeat is the quality of customer service.
These guys know what they’re doing,
know how to treat their customers …
and get the job done.”
