“They are short handed like everyone is, but they are hard working and friendly and seem to genuinely care about doing the absolute best they can and trying to be patient with customers!Sometimes when I have driven an hour to get there it's hard not to get what I came for and have to come back, but that's the labor shortage. I have run into very few employees there who act like customers are just an obstacle.”
“I have been going to the UPS for years along with other stores in the area. They always have far more people walking through the door than other area UPS stores. Yes, there is a line almost always but every interaction I have had has taken just the same amount of time at every single location. After watching a grown a** man have a temper tantrum in the line yesterday, it occurred to me that I should probably cheer on these hard working employees. Every single interaction I have had in three years has always been pleasant and they have always gotten everything I have shipped off to where it needs to be and on time if not early. You all are doing great.”

“I typically will only write reviews for restaurants, but the staff here were so helpful! Just wanted to thank the staff at this location for doing all they could to get my package to me. One of their trucks wrecked and delayed a package containing live animals (saltwater fish and coral). They held the package for me and allowed me to get it first thing once the truck was unloaded, early on a Saturday morning. Otherwise the delivery would have been attempted Monday which would be an almost guaranteed death sentence for the animals.THANK YOU GUYS!”
