I really loved my experience at Rise pilates. The best part for me as a beginner was that they offer 5 classes for $50. It worked out great as I could try and see if it works. Now that I am doing this regularly wish I could have started it sooner.

Love this studio! Always a great session, bubbly instructors and an overall nice vibe. The facilities are great with open storage available, bathrooms, kitchen and even hair ties which I always seem to forget to bring with me.

Have just completed 5 classes of intro offer- instructors I have had have all been great, classes are challenging and always different. Very welcoming studio friendly staff and clients- highly recommend!! I’ve purchased more classes- loving it!
