Abby has been fun to work with and knowledgeable about fitness. It's important to connect with people teaching me. That was immediate here. Super Slow methodology was recommended by people I trust, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Super Slow workout facility here in Asheville. Been training for four months now and the results have been good. If you're serious about fitness and/or physical recovery and want to be consistent, I recommend Abby.

I've been involved in workouts my entire life. I've also been a personal trainer myself. What you will find at Rock Bottoms is a fitness training experience that really breaks the rules for what to expect with "typical" personal training.Super Slow works those tiny muscle fibers that you generally never engage with a heavy weight workout. It's these muscles holding you together. Annnddddd - you don't experience that load stress that you might get with a typical weightlifting workout. If you are a busy person and looking for a personal trainer or gym in Asheville where you don't feel like you are taking on more than you can chew - Rock Bottoms! The location is easy if you work downtown. Parking isn't the easiest, but again - it's downtown Asheville. The workout is short, Abby and the team are awesome, and I have no doubt that you will feel stronger, younger, and have more energy.Give it a shot and you will see why this review makes sense.

I can't believe we made it! My mother told me she'd never been to a distillery, so I had to fix that. The apple pie here is the real deal. Smallest legal distillery around. Can't believe how nice the owner is. I have to go home and enjoy now, bye-bye! Ok, now we're back at "Base camp." The quality of this product is award winning. I've taken the "Bourbon Trail," volunteered at the only Distillery in Redlands, Ca, and sampled my fair share of spirits. I know quality when I taste it. I think the funniest thing I've heard my Mom say in a long time was, "I want to visit an illegal distillery." Love you Mom.

Starting my 2nd year with training at Rock Bottoms! I started this program because I felt my strength was weakening at an alarming rate since turning 55. Now, I feel strong again thanks to Don and Abby!

Came from California to visit and they were great. Free tastings and fantastic people. They were so nice and hospitable. Bought several items and we will absolutely be back next time!

Rock Bottoms came into my life in January 2017. Staying with their weight training program on a regular basis has increased my strength, core stability, and muscle mass. As a Certified Yoga instructor of 18+ years and a recently Certified NASM Personal Trainer, I recognize the excellence of the trainers at RBs and their professional guidance through the weight training process. As muscle strength increases, so does the load on the weight machines, which allows the body to adapt to progressively increasing loads in a safe, effective manner. Additionally, by purposefully exhausting the muscles being used, the bones take on more effort, which cascades nutrients into the bones with the potential of increasing bone density. The trainers vary the workout routine so as to keep the sessions interesting and varied. This is a one-on-one training studio, and there are never more than two trainers working with clients at any session. The space is well-done, free from loud music and other distractions found in the usual gym setting. Each session is 30 minutes and easily fits into my schedule. Whatever your fitness goals, I confidently give Rock Bottoms the highest possible rating!

Scotty Bob is well versed and extremely hospitable while he serves you for a tasting or shares some of his extensive knowledge of alcohol or Moonshine! Worth a stop, more than worth a stay! Great moonshine, phenomenal customer service!

A real hidden gem! Really, really great moonshines. A very knowledgeable owner/ moonshine crafter. We bought the package deal of three different shines which comes with shot glasses spout pourers, another bottle of shine and a couple of shirts.
