Sav-Mor Food & Dollar is a grocery store owned by Ingles, offering a convenient and often less crowded shopping experience compared to larger chains. The prices are generally low, making it a good option for those on a tight budget, especially when it comes to their well-stocked Latin American section. However, shoppers should be cautious, as some of the food may be expired or have a shorter shelf life. The store's appearance can be a bit run-down, but the inside is clean and appealing, with a well-organized layout and a decent selection of fresh produce and meat. While it may not be a replacement for a regular grocery store, Sav-Mor Food & Dollar can be a useful complement to one's shopping routine, particularly for those seeking specific Latin American items or looking to save money on certain purchases. The store's simplistic and nostalgic feel, coupled with the attentive stocking of the shelves, add to the overall shopping experience.
Hit or miss a lot of times you can get me half price at the other stores one store had the hamburger 19.00 large package save more had it turn on dollars

Generate their prices are the same that they charge at Ingles which is higher than both food Lion and Walmart. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a good place. It used to be. But now the price is often higher than in Walmart! The meat is expensive! The fruit is of average quality, and the prices are premium! Yes, there are unique items, and there are few customers, but that's not enough. I've started coming here less often. I miss the old prices and selection.
