In particular, I am especially grateful for and appreciative of Jeff in Service for his genuine attentiveness, quick communication with updates, and his sincere concern for my wellbeing as well as that of my vehicle. Went in for new tires. Great experience. Sam was amazing at communicating the steps of service and progress. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Service time was efficient and the facility was clean even under construction. Thanks Fields!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ryan LeBlanc was my salesperson and he made the whole process so easy. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and this put me at ease. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend Fields - and Ryan - to anyone looking to buy a car. Life is short - get the car of your dreams while you can!Also - Kevin, the finance guy, was pretty darn awesome, too.

I was looking on the website at Fields CDJR and figured I would give them a try after finding a vehicle I liked. Well I chose a the vehicle that interested me and the sales person (Christina)and the new car sales manager (Joe) told me they would make this a great buying experience compared to the previous one I had. I made the purchase and after all the paperwork was finalized I headed home and I had several things to quit working. Long story short I went back a few days later after my trip and I was told the truck was as is and I understood that but the day I drove it home all the problems started. You think they would help me out just a little here but nope I was on my own. Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty, which I still had to pay a $200 deductible. All I ask was they pay the deductible but I was told I would need to talk to the manager in the Mazda side, which made no sense to me. With all this being said and done I will never purchase from Fields CDJR again and I will tell anyone else not to purchase from this dealership that I come in contact with. Not a good experience to say the least!!!NEVER AGAIN, Paul M Grasty!

From the time I pull up for my oil change thru the quick lube service I am greeted with a friendly smile from Samantha. She goes over in detail what they will be doing and any options from the owners manual maintenance schedule to consider.When finished, which was done in a timely manner, I am again greeted by Samantha in a professional/friendly manner.This is a trustworthy department. I had asked for a tire rotation, and when they went to check the tires, they approached me and told me they don’t recommend the tires being rotated at this time. They could’ve easily rotated them and taken the money.They also put a floor mat and plastic over your seats for protection.Free car wash included.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Dalton was very nice and professional. He did everything he could to get me into a vehicle. I highly recommend him to anyone. They took very good care of us and they were not pushy at all. I've heard alot of horror stories about car dealerships and this one was more than pleasant to work with. I will definitely work with them in the future.

Jeff was my service representative. He was fantastic! I highly recommend him. He was friendly, informative, prompt, and took care of my needs for a service of my 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 HD. The dealership provided me a courtesy lift to my office and back when the truck was ready. I really appreciated this. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the fact that the dealership's shop charge is $169.99/hour. I have represented service reps in my family law practice and I know that the mechanics go "by the book" on hourly charges. For instance, if it takes 20 minutes to do something, the book says it is a one hour charge. I have other vehicles that are out of warranty and I have them serviced at small, privately owned auto repair shops. They are exponentially cheaper. But, I will continue to use Fields because I know they know what they are doing with my diesel truck.

This by far was the best my wife and i have ever been treated by a service department! Ed was amazing and very helpful. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated like royalty! Ed was helpful, kind and courtesy. Offer to take us to mazda to wait in the air conditioning, but we opted to walk around and look at the lot. We received text every step of the oil change and tire rotation. And without asking Ed had our car washed and detail for us and was a joy to work with! Highly recommend if you need to have you jeep or dodge serviced!! Ask for Ed! He is the best! Thank you fields! See you next oil change!

Just recently bought a 2018 Ram 3500 AEV Prospector for my wife and we couldn't be happier. The truck runs and drives like a beast. Our sales person Shane and Chris went above and beyond for us on the truck and they actually care about the person which is hard to find nowadays. They both are very honest and trustworthy and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks again !!!!

Dalton Whitt sold me my Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I am absolutely in love with! He was super helpful and responsive. He even took the time to buff out the dirt and grime before I picked it up. He truly went the extra mile! Highly recommend going to Dalton if you want top notch service!

Christina sold my wife and I both new cars. Her customer service was phenomenal and made the entire process of purchasing our vehicles seamless, easy and fun. Her personality and dedication to customers makes her the best car sales person I have worked with to date. Great job to her and her entire team. We showed up to the dealership rather late and she gladly stayed with us until all of the paperwork was processed and the keys were in our hand. Great customer experience all around. Additionally, the finance guy was fantastic as well. He was entirely transparent, super kind and very patient in explaining all of the details surrounding the financials of our new car purchases. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new car.

Going with a rating as fair as I can here. The service rep for my 2010 charger was extremely professional and as helpful as he could have possibly been. The reason for the lower rating is because of the transmission tech. I brought in my car with an issue due to a code it was running. I explained the issue as in-depth as possible about how the car will actually run fine until it has been driven for about 30 minutes and then the code will pop up and the car will go into limp mode. After having my car for over two weeks I was informed it was indeed a transmission issue and that it was going to cost upwards of nine grand to replace said transmission. I opted out and took the car home to do some research for myself. Two weeks after that I come to the conclusion it is an ECU issue, buy and replace myself with no mechanical knowledge and now have a perfectly running car, no thanks to a technician who doesn't know how to do their job and just wants to replace stuff if they don't know what's wrong
