Jake was very professional and very up front with me about the vehicle I purchased. I had to drive an hour to his dealership and he actually pointed out a few minor flaws on the vehicle before I made the trip to see it in person. I do think the talk to my manager thing, and we never meet “manager” could be improved. I know it’s the standard car sales method, but it would be nice if a dealership decided to do it differently.

Jax and Fields in Asheville took my vehicle, which was having electrical issues, without an appointment, diagnosed and repaired it within about 3 hours of me dropping it off! The vehicle had some open recalls and software updates, which they also took care of! Great service!
