Service really slow because of lack of customer service rep. Once I got to the rep, he was knowledgeable on the specific cell phones I was interested in. The sale they had on the Google Pixel 8 pro was phenomenal and the service rate of $29 for talk text and surf was awesome. I just wish they had more of the product. I didn't get the phone I "really" wanted because it was back ordered, but I got a good bargain on a phone that had excellent reviews. I can't wait to get it in the mail. I also like that they had a feature for standard signature before receiving my product to make sure they delivered it to the correct place. All in all it was an o.k. day at Spectrum, I walked away a happy customer regardless of the long wait!

This store sold me a defective phone and then tried to charge me a $50 restocking fee they failed to disclose when I returned it 2 days later. In addition, they've refused to issue my refund even though they've had the phone 3 weeks. This is illegal. Please contact your state's Department of Justice if this has happened to you. The DOJ has a consumers affairs department for consumer complaints. Just Google DOJ consumer affairs in your state. The DOJ will work on your behalf to resolve the issue, and most importantly, if they get enough complaints, they will sue Charter for their citizens. The DOJ can do what we can't. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB in Stamford, CT. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company but I'm sure the DOJ will get the matter resolved before it comes to that. We don't have to let Charter or any corporation defraud us.

I've used isps all over the country. ALL of them allow you to drop off equipment without needing to check in and literally wait in line with people doing other services. INSANE JUST LET ME DROP OFF MY EQUIPMENT

Got mailed some extra equipment I didn’t need when adding mobile to my plan. I went to return it to the tunnel rd location and the lady working caught an attitude with me when I just set the box down inside. I wasn’t trying to waste an hour of my time for spectrum’s mistake and certainly didn’t need the attitude for returning equipment I did not even order in the first place.

Everyone we have worked with at this store is amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly. What more could you want? I highly recommend coming to this store. Now the Spectrum company is a different issue, depending on which service you need - TV, mobile, or internet. I won't get into that.

5 employees around. 1.5 working. Wife and I had to help two people who couldn’t read English/Spanish or physically couldn’t use the log in kiosk get in the line. No employee offered to help em. Older folks were confused and frustrated by the process: they were ignored. But a 60 YO whiteguy walked in, past all the people waiting, was told to use the kiosk, refused, someone started helping, he took a phone call, and stalled out the whole thing. So glad to get a different provider in our new house.But: pro tip: if you’re white, male, and a jerk, just walk up to someone and demand to skip the line. Works here!

Upon entering, I was met with a direct instruction to sign in on a digital iPad kiosk, lacking a basic greeting. It's ironic that they expect customers, including the elderly, to use this technology without offering any assistance. I observed two elderly individuals struggling with the process, and it took the joint efforts of three bystanders to aid one older woman. Another gentleman voiced his struggles, noting the system's lack of user-friendliness. To add to the inconsistency, I witnessed a customer bypass the kiosk entirely, walking straight to the front and receiving immediate service, leaving the rest of us waiting. With 10 customers in line, there were only two associates available to assist. These associates were slow and clearly lacked fundamental customer service skills, leading to a 40-minute wait time. Overall, the level of customer service is subpar, riddled with inconsistency, and requires significant enhancement.

Customer service is great.but don't go on the first or 3rd of the month like I did to change phone providers. They said that is rhe busiest days ,and I was there for 3 hours!!

Kathy was super sweet and Incredibly efficient in helping me get in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! I went in to return equipment on a Friday afternoon and had no problems whatsoever. Exceptional service from the new location employees

I am surprised by the poor reviews especially with the new location as I have come several times without an appointment and got in very quickly. The older location was more of a wait time but not this one. Kathy Moore assisted me on my last visit looking into the possibility of Spectrum Mobile and she was great. I have had their internet service for years and I am extremely happy with them. They offer great pricing for mobile service if you already have service with them and all the reviews I have seen by professionals rate Spectrum very high.

Best Spectrum store. They're pleasant, knowledgeable, and do a good job at giving everyone personalized attention at an efficient rate. Shout out to Chris, the manager, for his attentiveness to his employees and customers.⭐️ 10/10 would recommend.

2 people working 12 in line 4 walked out. Spend hours for simple services, people working here are moving at snail speed, also lady took woman at end of line which was supposed to be fast ( over an hour later) she is still helping woman at end of line this is despicable setup is disgusting how people here are treated.

Darlene is the redeeming employee at this location: Despite several attempts for several hours and days trying to transfer a phone line to my account from another, she determined by listening, knew what to do, and proceeded to accomplish in approximately 15min.

Be prepare for long wait.Also the Associate Kathy was so rude,0 in customer service.We was there for a cellphone replace and she didnt help us at all.She had a bad acttitude and said she didn't have any cellphone available in the store.

My five stars are for Daniel Janow. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to take care of every item. I hope Spectrum takes notice of very good employees. I would also suggest to corporate that they give their stores much better computer monitors. Right now they are using tablets, which are slow and small. Just a suggestion. Thanks to Daniel.
