Just moved back from South Carolina. Amanda took care of all of my needs, anwseresed all my questions and got me up and running in 10 minutes! Amanda was warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

So far, I have had 4 very friendly people who were very friendly and helpful. Sophie or Sophia who I was stuck with on a chat this afternoon was horrible. She kept asking me the same two questions saying she was confused! I made an appointment to get the nice people at the store to help me fix my phone.
