“Y’all Mr.Darrell saved my life! My car was having issues and I needed to be towed Across town. I called Rice’s towing company and he was there in 10 mins and he made sure that my car was dropped off in the proper place. I was very overwhelmed and stressed but he definitely spoke life into me…. “When it rains it pours but it can’t rain forever!” If you need a tow company look no further Rices towing is SUPER reliable and an Asheville staple.”
“Car broke down amidst some traffic, Terry and Ed saved me! Fast and professional, you can tell they’ve been in the business for a while. 100% recommend their service.”
“3 strike's and you're out right!?😡 Well what about 3 home runs!? 💯 Because this is my 3rd time needing this company and they came through every time. I appreciate the consistency! The professionalism!! And over all the urgency to assist in a time of need! Your towing/recovery needs are in good hands with Fast Lane!!!”
“I had a great experience with this company. People unfortunately now a days do not care anymore but these people did. The staff helped me out of a situation with my four year old when no one else would. Yes I had to pay to get my car out but no one else would not have helped like they did. Kind, caring, and I thank God for them and will everyday.”

“19 year old daughter was stranded in Asheville, NC with some friends with her keys locked in car. I appreciate these guys coming out and helping her. It did take them forever to show up but I sure traffic was probably terrible. I’m not sure, we are from Kentucky.”

“We've been a customer of Jimmy's Auto for the last 25 years and never had a bad experience. Always great service along with friendly folks who do excellent work. They have done everything on our vehicles from regular routine maintenance to a complete engine replacement. I have never been disappointed and you won't be either.”
