“This place ROCKS!! I LOVE what these guys & gals are doing for our community. Their ginger beer/soda/craft cocktails are all delicious and so tasty. Check out their specialty cocktails which constantly change with the seasons. Love the large, open space surrounded by pallets of cans, making you feel truly immersed in the product. The location is great and close to everything in Asheville along with plenty of parking. Do yourself a favor and do not miss this place!”

“Stumbled in here on accident.. we found some of the coolest art we have ever seen. Unique, finely detailed, small pieces, large pieces, pieces with depth, meaning, and true craftsmanship. God willing, I try to get here once a year to take it all in, and enjoy the speakers as well. “Stay here when we can every year.Just a note,if you are a points member like myself,make sure you book as many as you need with your points to begin with! We have had it only happen at this location at least 3 different times! Needed to extend,they wouldnt let me at this location.Had to move to another location.I travel 10 months a year,and usually have hundreds of thousands of points from my crew and me staying at IHG,never had any problems anywhere else.So we just stay when they let us.lol”

“Star Lanes is a good choice for families looking for a fun indoor activity on a rainy day. It is well maintained, and the food is what you would expect from a concession stand. While the bowling balls could be upgraded, the overall experience is positive. We had a great time playing three games; the cost, including shoe rentals for four people, was around $100.”

“We were immediately blown away by the Biltmore Banquet Hall. Much like the rest of the home, that is outstanding. The huge fireplaces and massive table immediately capture your attention. Looking around and we noticed the massive circular shaped ceiling insuring almost perfect acoustics. The furniture and furnishings are each noteworthy in themselves. It is hard for me to imagine what an eight course meal was like in such surroundings.”

“Great clean theater, awesome recliners and trays. Great clean restrooms. We tried the truffle fries, they took forever to get. They were ok, but a bit oily. Hard to eat in the dark, which was funny. “This restaurant is located right in the heart of Downtown Asheville, and I've been wanting to check it out for some time now... I made RSVP for 2 at 6 pm on a Saturday night...and it turned out that I really didn't need to, as the place was only a quarter full. The place was very spacious...and was appealing aesthetically. However, the ambiance just wasn't there. For starters, the place was a bit dark...with dim lighting, but it didn't create a romantic effect. Rather, it just felt depressing. Also, the overhead music was also dim...muffled even. It would have been much nicer if it was cranked up. In short, the vibe was all off. It just struck me as a place that was probably awesome in its heyday, but just isn't anymore. Service was pretty good though...no issues there. Now the menu was rather small...and maybe more American than French. For some reason, I expected more French? They didn't even have Creme Brulee...HUGE disappointment! In any case, I ordered this Burrata Ravioli with Shrimp, and my husband got the Brisket Short Rib Burger. I personally loved my dish...as it even had Vodka sauce (my favorite), yet my husband only liked his. I think he was put off by how the cheese spilled unto the bottom of his burger, making it all soggy. In any case, we thought the foods were good. I only wish there were more options on the menu...and again, I wished they had the Creme Brulee. BTW, I tried their "Love Potion" cocktail...and it was very small, but strong. It was O-Kay. I didn't like how they hid the pricing of these drinks. Like WHY? Also, many drinks featured on Yelp is no longer of the menu. Yet another thing that was offputting was the attitude of the hostess. She did not even flick a smile when we entered. I simply don't understand how a hostess could put up a rude, silent demeanor when a guest walks in. Isn't part of their job is to greet the customer...and at least TRY to be friendly?? So yeah...the whole experience wasn't ideal. Again, the foods were good, but there were all these offputting things and the disappointments. Honestly, I thought about dropping 3, but I'll bump it up to 4, thanks to the delicious Burrata Ravioli.”

“I had no clue that breakfast was over at 10. I was there at 9:58 and they still sat us!!! I felt horrible but they were insistent we stay. The food was so good especially the Cuban. The restaurant is so nice and peaceful as well.”
“The cabin was very clean and well appointed with tasteful decorations and conveniences. You can tell that the owners care a lot about service by their attention to detail. Examples include stylish, antique looking fridge and microwave, hammock for balcony, record player with vinyl records, books, well-stocked coffee and tea selection, a barista quality gooseneck kettle, small compost bin, noise maker and ear plugs, and the list goes on! This was way better than a hotel in many ways. Highly recommended!”
