Computers lock and freeze so you're declined in the branch but then they, Wells Fargo, processes the transaction like nothing happened and your account gets hit multiple times and drains your cash. Branch manager is polite but not taking any responsibility. It's all on you.Choose wisely. No, it hasn't been resolved. Save yourself a headache, go someplace else. Yes, I said it. Go elsewhere.

I don't know why this bank gets such bad reviews. I have been with them 10 years now and always get 5 star service. Keep up the good work.

I've had excellent experiences with tellers and bankers. I haven't experienced the frustrations other reviewers have had - perhaps the staff with whom they struggled have moved on? While commercial banking with Wells Fargo can be difficult to explain to some of our members/customers given WF's reputation at the national/global level, I'm often able to allay concerns by explaining the level of service I receive in person (and they're v. good online banking). * thumbs up *

Service so bad that it prompted me to write my first bad review. Service so bad I'd like to bank anywhere but here. I was denied access to my own needed funds because the banker would not verify my ID, she instead accused me of being a liar and a potential fraud. She would not even let me talk...just interrupted and said she would not help me. You had to be there, remarkable.The reviews here and Yelp confirm I'm not alone with this view.

Now I personally understand why this particular branch has such terrible reviews. I recently attempted to make a wire transfer to close a real estate loan while traveling and rather than making an earnest effort to assist me I was told I was not able to verify who I was and was then accused of changing my story. I was polite and listened to the accusations, each time I attempted to speak I was interrupted and reminded of my changing story. This example of shockingly poor, and insulting, service was by banker Lauren Doll and assisted by Henry Chadwell

Worst bank ever and Henry is the worst employee at that location. Called to make a reservation to get a document notarized and to get wire transfer instructions for large $ amt from sale of northwest property and was denied an appt. Henry even approved us to move accts if we didn't like the banks policy. Called WF on Tunnel Road and spoke to Sara who immediately fit us in on her schedule. The difference between the two locations is night and day. Henry has no customer service skills. My suggestion is take away Henry's power to work with customers if Wells Fargo wants to keep customers. Home office should also look at the management at that facility based on the number of yelp stars, the shop is in desperate need of a change !!

I have gone in four times since March to open a joint savings account with my wife. We are told each time a different reason why we can't open an account and that not to worry, it will soon be cleared up. This is a bank that apparently doesn't want savings accounts customers.

My husband goes here about twice a month, his last visit was with our 7yr old son who needed to use the bathroom. The man working there told my husband there was NO bathroom...hmmm so the bathroom that was always there is now just gone?? My husband asked him where do "they" go. He replied ACE and that our little boy could go there. Really? A repeat customers little boy could not use the bathroom? A child?!?! Even so, adults who spend thousands of dollars cannot use a restroom? Ridiculous!
