I live in Asheville NC and the branch on Merriman Avenue is my branch. The staff and Manager are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Stephen Smith is great manager and is always willing to help. There is no wait time. The employees will jump out of their seats to help.

I don't know why this bank gets such bad reviews. I have been with them 10 years now and always get 5 star service. Keep up the good work.
