“I bought a beach chair yesterday and used it for the first time today. The arm broke as soon as I put some pressure on it. I took it back and they were so nice and helpful! Evidently, the wood on the arm was cut wrong going against the grain. I just wanted to let others know that this was great customer service. It is so important to me and greatly appreciated.”
