“Today I went in to get the Samsung S23 ultra and was greeted with professionalism the entire time.Steven was such a great help and I personally appreciate all that he did today despite my mistake that I made. He even went above and beyond to ensure that I got a better plan and still kept my insurance.I also think that he deserves a raise. But overall I was treated with friendliness and professionalism across the board.”

“I’m gonna just let someone know that Store is so hot inside the store that you can’t even stay in there very long and they expect the people that worked there to stay in there fix your air condition. It is cooler outside in the heat than in that store. Otherwise I had great service but I had to be in there almost 2 hours. I don’t know how your workers stay in there.”

“We had an absolutely amazing experience at AT&T today! A SUPER THANK YOU to Nicole for being beyond patient and attentive, even at closing time—she truly went the extra mile to make everything smooth and easy for us. A special thank you to Jalen, the manager, for stepping in and personally making sure everything went perfectly, and a huge shout-out to Joe for all his help and support. If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would! We are genuinely so grateful to the entire team for their outstanding service—thank you all for making our visit exceptional!”

“Erica was a life saver today! After talking to outsourced "support" half a world away (with substantial signal delay and no duplex), Erica solved our problem (required a new physical SIM card) in no time. Pleasure to deal with a professional and great luck to have somebody like that here, in this little backward town.”

“Waldo was AMAZING! He was so helpful, funny, and just made my experience getting an upgrade actually enjoyable rather than something that feels like another charm. If any managers read this give that man a raise! I was in and out with a new phone within an hour (I thought it would take a lot more time).”
