“It has been pouring down rain for 12 hours now; and my courier from the Rougemont USPS drove a quarter mile up the driveway, and then walked in the rain another 200+ feet to make certain she left my package on my porch out of the weather. I appreciate that.”
“USPS have had a lot of downs since the pandemic like most of bigs companies, employees are always in need year long. Despite that most of them do everything they can to help costumers. Most of them if you need to ask anything they would help you. We as a costumers need to start sharing also when they do good and deliever correctly bc complains and bad reviews comes when you do a mistake but when everything goes well no one says anything. Be kind to others.”

“This local post office goes above and beyond for it's customers. I've gone in and received help with my packages, mail and received excellent service. I don't know why the reviews are so low here. These USPS workers are so friendly and helpful.”
“I work by myself with a helper ever now and again. Being honest is a gift you give to your self and has to be earned. The customers do my advertising for me. I've slowed down some doing everything myself. That way I know It's done right. I've helped more people than I know and it's the Lord GOD ALMIGHTY AND HIS SON JESUS GETS ALL THE PRAISE. BECAUSE WITH OUT THE LORD WE ARE NOTHING. BUT IF WE BELONG TO GOD ALMIGHTY EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.”
“Let me tell you. I was absolutely surprised at my experience, not because of the reviews, but because it’s the post office- which in some ways maybe worse than hell (haven’t been there…). I walked in, hoping for a self service kiosk. No dice. However, there were priority boxes/envelopes stocked which is not usually the case at other locations. I self addressed my box like it was 1998, questioned my life choices, and got in line. The line was long and only one person was working. I began to sweat, my gut felt queasy. Others on google have complained about the smell. It was definitely there, but maybe it’s bc people are worried about one person handling the desk and are stress sweating!? Enter my girl French, the USPS’s MVP. She handled the line like a boss. That efficient angel sent directly from heaven processed over ten packages in less than 5 mins from at least four customers, while checking out other customers with individual items- ALL WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. I finally came to the front, I handed her my package with poor scribble for the address. She deciphered the area code and most of the address with ease. She double checked with me to make sure it was correct. French did so without shaming my poor penmanship. Right before me, her customers primary spoke Spanish and she walked them through every prompt about the package they were sending. and gave them time to self translate and make sure they understood everything. French is a national treasure.”
