“Nothing but praises for this company! Being new homeowners and new to gas heating, we stupidly ran our heating system out of gas yesterday. I called D&S first thing this morning and explained the situation, a couple hours later the crew showed up to refill our tank. We live in a very rural area with a half mile private gravel driveway (currently ice / snow packed) - the crew came prepared having installed chains on their vehicle to ensure they could get to us in our time of need. Not sure who their operator / dispatcher is, but she was one of the sweetest, most sympathetic ladies I've spoken to - reminded me of my mother! She transferred me to Alan because I had technical questions about gas systems, and he walked me through what I needed to do to prep for the delivery crew. Having just retired from the Army, and living in more populated areas, it is refreshing to get back home to a more simple life with great and caring folks who treat you like family.
