“my family has been coming here i think before i was born and always bring it up. i went today cause i had a slow leak in one of my tires, so i was going to replace the front two wheels and keep the one for a spare. i walked in around 11amon Monday and there were about 4 customers already being served/in line. i was served in/out within 30 minutes. was pretty incredible for this area. the tire that i was suggested looks like what i asked for, he highly recommend maxis, never heard of it but i go up/down the mountain alot so i need something with some thickness. very happy with my experience and will return.”

“The radiator in my Jeep blew on the BRP on a Saturday afternoon. All local garages were already closed but I was able to limp it into Spruce Pine to the nearest shop which fortunately was Stafford. I was 2.5 hours from home and was able to call home and have my fiancée pick me up. In town I stopped a fellow Jeeper who was a local and asked where he would go locally for work on his Jeep. He said he would go to Tom Stafford’s. I felt good about leaving my Jeep at his shop and called first thing Monday morning when they opened to explain why I had left my Jeep sitting in their lot. Ended up having to replace the radiator which he explained was not in stock at the local parts store but he would get it as soon as possible. I received a call Monday afternoon stating that it was ready. I felt that Staffords took great care of me even though I was from out of state and at their mercy to fix it right and do so affordably.
