“4.5 for overall over multiple dealings with them for several vehicles. Not once have I ever had issues with christen service advisor. She has always been willing to assist and make me feel like a valued customer. Even when I had problems with another vehicle she provided me with the number and point of contact at their sister dealership to help resolve the needs for that make. I only take my truck to the dealership and she is what makes me wllling to continue to use dealerships to protect my truck and warranty. Warranty stays protected and in return they continue to keep business unlike a previous GMC dealership used early last year. This speaks volumes considering I had my brakes replaced here and even through this oil change still squeal. Not her fault and not something I would hold against her she was not the mechanic and everything is operational. This service advisor and place again is by far the best dealership I have seen and used in NC. May have been slightly overpriced but well within reason for dealerships without coupons. I don’t think I’ve ever had a coupon deal here but the are within reason. They do over military discounts which helped multiple times”

I had my van's transmission replaced at Murphy's Auto Repairs in Spruce Pine, NC, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Nathan, the owner, was super friendly and made the whole process easy. He got my van repaired quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciated the great customer service. Highly recommend this shop for any auto repairs!”

“They was able to work my wife this morning with our 2018 Jeep Rubicon. Brake line had completely collapsed and caused the brake to basically lock down on the rotor . He got it repaired with new brakes and a new rotor cheaper than the shop in Marion had quoted me! Very pleased.”
