“The new pharmacy crew members are very kind caring and understanding they make me feel welcome where I didn't before I must say they are alot more welcoming than the old crew I would like to thank the new pharmacist team for being very welcoming kind and understanding and helpful this CVS store has made a good improvement over the past two months thank u new CVS pharmacist team you guys are great and the front end staff has always made me feel welcome to shop there the store manager she is very awesome! And always has been!”
“I am a care giver to my parents, and needless to say between their medications and mine it gets overwhelming. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to help. For example, I just got both of them home from the hospital. My dad is bed ridden and my mother has dementia. I am also a single father raising two young children. Lindsey, Georgina, Kim, and Donna on their own found a care giver to help with burden. And Lindsey took on in her spare time to clean their house. They care for customers, and even though we as consumers can be rude, impatient, harried etc. They still deal with us with a smile and compassion.The crew at the front of the store managed by Kim are just the same. So take the time, even when your days is bad as it ever can be give a smile back and thank them.”

“If you are coming from Spruce Pine downtown area and coming down the hill. It is a 45mph zone. Police sometimes sit here. Coming down that hill is hard to go 45mph. I try to watch my speed because a wonderful Spruce Pine police officer could be there! Plus I think u can get gas there 24 hours a day using your card. The store closes maybe 10ish?? I don’t no. But you can get gas there and there is only one other gas station for along way! So if you need gas leaving you might want to think about it.”

“This is my daily stop! I could go anywhere else but Becky, Brian and Beth make it worth stopping!! All three genuinely great people always cheerful and personable making stopping after work when you dont fwel like it pleasurable. I have come to know them and they are always there to help. Beth and Becky both know my brands and my routine before I even have to tell them. Brian is an excellent manager from what I've witnessed and the store is clean and run smoothly and efficiently.”
