I was about to run out but called Ingles and they stepped in and filled it just in time. They did all the work to transfer the prescription which CVS did not offer to do. We were very grateful and really appreciated the outstanding service at Ingles pharmacy. Very impressed and plan to switch.”
“This pharmacy is in the Mosey Phillips building, Spruce Pine. It is a small pharmacy. They always have new items to buy. Both isles in the store are fairly big and always debre free. The pharmacist and her assistant are nice. The pharmacist is always asking my love ones about how I am doing. That meant so much to me. It's small enough that she knows her patients and big enough to keep our meds in stock. You can't beat these ladies when it comes to helping us!”

“The new pharmacy crew members are very kind caring and understanding they make me feel welcome where I didn't before I must say they are alot more welcoming than the old crew I would like to thank the new pharmacist team for being very welcoming kind and understanding and helpful this CVS store has made a good improvement over the past two months thank u new CVS pharmacist team you guys are great and the front end staff has always made me feel welcome to shop there the store manager she is very awesome! And always has been!”
“I am a care giver to my parents, and needless to say between their medications and mine it gets overwhelming. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to help. For example, I just got both of them home from the hospital. My dad is bed ridden and my mother has dementia. I am also a single father raising two young children. Lindsey, Georgina, Kim, and Donna on their own found a care giver to help with burden. And Lindsey took on in her spare time to clean their house. They care for customers, and even though we as consumers can be rude, impatient, harried etc. They still deal with us with a smile and compassion.The crew at the front of the store managed by Kim are just the same. So take the time, even when your days is bad as it ever can be give a smile back and thank them.”

“Anthony Hudson and the rest of the staff are the best! We have never had any problems in getting our medications correct and on time and he even called to ask if I had any questions or had experienced any side effects of my medications. I prefer Roan Mtn. Pharmacy over my insurance's mail order one 100% plus I get to support a local business.”
